Refund and returns policy
Returns will exclusively be accepted for products that are received in damaged condition. If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, it is imperative that you IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US via email and initiate the return process; failure to do so may result in the non-acceptance of your refund request.
For your personal record-keeping, we strongly recommend that you capture both photographs and a video clip of the opening of the package to document any potential damage. The artworks must be returned in their original packaging and condition. All expenses related to return postage and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly advise utilizing registered post for the return shipment and ensuring that all postage is prepaid. As the buyer, you assume any risks associated with lost, stolen, or damaged goods during the return transit. We suggest employing registered post and obtaining insurance from your chosen shipping or postal carrier. BlobBoy will not bear liability for artworks that are lost or damaged during the return transit if you opt not to insure the item.
After the receipt of your damaged item by BlobBoy, your refund will be processed and returned to your designated account within 5 business days. An email notification will be sent to the provided address once the credit transaction is completed.
